Andrew,
Please forgive the delay in my getting back to you.
When this project started, it was centered on bringing together an overwhelming fan base in an organized fashion. At that point, our belief was that the focus should always be on the task at hand and not the people involved. That is a philosophy we hold true even more today. However, I will give you some highlights of information today that we will be announcing next week. Consider it an exclusive until then.
Shortly after going public with our idea, we were approached by several people who each have very special talents and an amazing desire to put those talents to use with inductKISS. As a result, we implemented a considerably more structured and fundamental path, with a twist.
We currently have 3 core teams in place each tasked with very unique responsibilities.
· Tactical Operations Council – group of people each with many years of experience in designing various strategies in both public and private sectors who not only oversee our own interests but also identify and analyze operational data from key organizations involved with (and including) the Rock Hall.
· Behavioral Sciences Unit – Tasked with creating psychological profiles on all known “players” in the Rock Hall process…from the top executives to the ones who actually vote. This team is led by
one of the most recognized Psychology Professors currently teaching at a major university.
· Statistics & Analytics – Tasked with the collection and analysis of key data (the numbers). This team is co-led by a CPA/Partner from a top 3 public accounting firm and an author of over 12 university-level text books.
While we are still forming the additional teams needed, the teams listed above are all in place and hard at work. One thing I would like to point out is that not all team members are KISS fans. A few have no interest in music at all but are intrigued by the opportunity to be involved in this “research project”.
What will do with all this data? Stay tuned.
Regarding your question about how people “join” inductKISS – at this time the best way for supporters (defined as KISS fans and those that may not be KISS fans but believe KISS meets/exceeds the requirements for induction) to show support is to get the word out that we are here and that we are taking an unprecedented approach. This effort will be in the history books and we fully intend to formally recognize any/all that show support (while at the same time respecting the wishes of those who want to remain anonymous).
Spread the word, talk about it, show your support and demand it. With our data and the support of the fans - it's an unbeatable combination.
It’s one thing to say you believe in an idea and another to do something about it. Paul Stanley sums it up best every night on stage when he says – “Stand up for what you believe in”.
